The Art of Energy

This workshop is designed to bring the participant into a new awareness of self, understanding experience and emotion through the qualities of the chakra system. Participants will create a visual journal reflecting their own energy field. During the class, there will be various mediations, writing exercises and demonstrations of image journaling techniques. Keellia will teach various aspects of the energy field and chakra system, focusing each session on specific chakras. To maintain the integrity of the class, it will only be available as a four session course. No drop in sessions will be offered.

Keellia Thurber
Instructor
Keellia Thurber is a recent import to the Roaring Fork Valley. She brings with her a diverse background including community outreach and organization, Naturopathic Medicine, teaching and mentoring youth, writing and energy work. She comes from a family of jewelers and studied metalsmithing at the University of Iowa. Keellia has a budding energy medicine practice in Carbondale and works at the Midland Baking Company. She is a devotee of Journaling with Images, beadwork and a novice visual artist. Keellia combines her love of imagery and color with the power of the written word.
